Microsoft at least thought of us (developers) and has this product at a good price (compared with the full enterprise version). This is a full product, comes with everything you might need. Now, keep in mind that this is a developers edition, which means that you can use it on your developer machine, but, once the app/website is done, your client needs to have their own SQL Server 2005 license, you cannot use this one as a production license.
